CUTTING AND CASTING ELECTRODES

We are engaged into offering full range of high grade cutting and casting electrodes which have super conductivity to offer. Cutting with accuracy and precision can be done with this welding. User friendly and International quality standards are the two which distinguish us with others.

ROYAL - CAST (EST)

Classification: AWS : SFA5.15, Est

Description
This electrode is low hydrogen which is medium heavy coated for all types of cast iron. There is need of strong and rigid joints between two cast irons, and this electrode can be used there. It is suited for joining of cast iron to carbon and low alloy steels.

Typical Applications: Gears, cracked motor or generators housing can be welded using this. It is used to take care of the works of cast iron, carbon steels, and mild parts.

ROYAL - CAST FE - NI (E NI FE-CI)

Classification: AWS : SFA E Ni Fe - Ci

Description
This one is medium coated Nickel-Iron alloy type electrode and used for welding cast iron parts. High strength, ductility and machine weld with similar metal are functional area. It offers soft and smooth arc, and the outcome is crack resistant. It is suitable for correcting and connecting components of various type of cast iron, is also includes Grey and nodular cast iron parts.

Typical Applications: Best suited in joining in different types of cast iron such as grey cast iron, nodular cast iron, malleable cast iron. It is also used in the correction of defective casting in cast iron foundry, ingot moulds, engine heads, casing impellers, rope drums and pumps and repairing of various types of cast iron parts.

ROYAL - CAST - CN (E NI CU-B)

Classification: AWS : SFA E Ni Cu - B IS : EM Ni Cu 2/2/14

Description
No machinable weld cost and no preheating is required for welding cast iron, this one is light coated graphite. Nickel copper (Monel) deposit are the deposits from this electrode.

Typical Applications: Rectification of cast iron and engine blocks re-building and joining cast iron to steel.

ROYAL - CAST - N (E NI)

Classification: AWS : SFA5.15 E Ni

Description
We offer excellent electrode which can deposit pure Nickel. The deposit which is welded is very soft and offers good resistance to cracking. It is used for welding of cast iron to produce machinable weld deposits. An outstanding joining of the weld metal with the cast iron or different metal parts is given by this all position electrode.

Typical Applications: It is preffered for Cutting mild steel, austenitic steel and cast iron and alloys.
