We offer superior quality Mig welding wires (Royal CO2 Wire), which are widely used for diverse purposes across the industries. These are solid steel mig welding wires with thin and double deoxidized uniform copper coating to offer continuous welding. These wires come with CO2 shield gas on unalloyed and structured steel. Offering a high tensile strength that can be used on steels with moderate presence of rust & mill scale. These wires are available in layer wounded or random wounded on plastic spools.

 

ROYAL 70 S - 6 (ER-70S-6)

Description
Royal Arc CO, Wire is o copper coated solid mig wire for CO2 welding for general engineering and structural application. It gives spater free welding with CO2 gas and Ar + CO2 gas mixtures. The weld deposit are free from porosities with very smooth and uniform weld bead.

Typical Applications: Suitable for Welding of structural steel, with high tensile strength up 540N/mm2, butt and fillet welding of automobile bodies, bridges, ships, containers, railway, rolling stock, bogies, storage tanks and general structural fabrications.

Royal - 7OS-3 Wire is a copper coated solid mig wire for CO2 welding for general engineering and structural application. It gives spatter free welding with Co2 gas and Ar + Co2 gas mixtures. The weld deposit are free from porosities with very smooth and uniform weld bead.

Typical Applications: Suitable for Welding of structural steel, with high tensile strength up 540N/mm2, Butt and fillet welding of automobile bodies, bridges, ships, containers, railway, rolling, stock, bogies, storage tanks and general structural fabrications.

 

ROYAL 70 S - 2 (ER-70S-2)

Classification: AWSA/SFA5.18 Class ER 70S2

Description
Triple deoxidized mild steel wire smooth flow, stable are and spatter under optimum welding conditions.

Typical Applications: Structural pressure vessels and boiler involving unalloyed and micro alloyed structural steels with specified tensile strength upto 520 N/Mz to meel sub zero impact requirements at minus 51°C
